Frank Loesser tells the story of Tony, an Italian grape farmer hoping to find love again in his old age. He sets his gaze upon Rosabella, a young waitress with nothing to lose. Will this budding romance take root, or will it whither among the weeds?

This co-production between the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music opera program and the University of Memphis Department of Theater and Dance will take place in the Scheidt Family Performing Arts Center from April 25-27, with Jonathan Rhoades starring as Tony on April 25 and 27.
